Why we use it, and our lawful basis
We use these details to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and discuss whether our services fit your operation. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: responding to a business enquiry you chose to send us. If we go on to work together, we will process your details to perform our contract with you.
We will not add you to a marketing list from a form submission, and we will not sell or rent your details to anyone.
Who else sees it
Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, a form delivery service that passes the message on by email. Our website is hosted by Cloudflare, which serves the page files. Our email is handled by our email provider. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and may store or transmit data outside the UK, protected by appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
We share your information with no one else unless we are legally required to.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 24 months. If we become a supplier to you, we keep records for as long as the relationship lasts and then for six years afterwards, to meet UK accounting and tax requirements.

Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:
- Give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete your information
- Restrict or object to how we use it
